Drawing us closer to examine, her collages hang in suspension in their specimen-like boxes.

To get this one-dimensional effect, she uses pins to adhere layers of natural found objects, paper bits, magazine cutouts, dried flowers, pressed paper, and illustrations into surrealist-like botany displays.
