Inspiration: Stills of Flowers with Fruit

We have set a goal to use our creativity and imagination, and to allow concept and colour to inspire us to make. Here is one of our weekly creative projects: A moody palette of summertime blooms photographed in dramatic lighting. Kiwi fruit, pears, mandarin and calamondin oranges are styled in and around the floral arrangement. I’m all a flutter over these phenomenal Claude Shride Mortagon lilies mixed with Golden Mustard roses and Cluni ranunculus in a vintage beige ceramic vase.
